New York City har haft en fantastisk utveckling under de senaste 40 åren. Jag har besökt staden 1979, 2008 och 2019. I dag är New York City en trygg och attraktiv plats men det var den inte vid mitt första besök som sjuåring 1979. Nu hoppas vi på ett glatt 2020-tal och en svensk BID-lagstiftning som hjälper oss att ta tag i våra urbana utmaningar.
